At Everyday Corner, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product has a manufacturing fault.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.

  • Products returned without original packaging (where applicable).

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used.

  • Clearance or final sale items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Process

To request a return, contact our customer support with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for any other reason, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
